Anyone can take CommUniversity courses! The goal of CommUniversity is to offer an interesting variety of courses at an affordable price. Regardless of age, previous exposure to the topic at hand, or general level of education, you can participate in CommUniversity.
We offer five categories of courses: Theology and Church Life; Arts and Humanities, Personal Enrichment, Regional Studies and Public Affairs. Most courses are taught on the four Sundays in February from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
HOW TO WATCH A GOOD CLASS DIE
Nothing kills a good class more quickly than everyone waiting until the last minute to register! There is a point—usually one week in advance of the start date—when a decision must be made on whether a class will run or not. So remember, please do not wait until the last minute to sign up! It may be too late!
REGISTER BY filling out the registration form. Please provide your name, address and course selection (first and second choice). Enclose a check for the $40 registration fee for four-week courses plus any additional fees for supplies indicated in the course description. In January hard copies of the CommUniversity brochure will available at CommUniversity, c/o Education Department Augustana College

TEXTBOOKS may be required for some courses. Students are responsible for acquiring their own books from their local libraries, bookstores, or the internet.

REFUNDS are not generally considered except in the case of classes cancelled due to insufficient registrations.
